Where to eat

From Carla:

If it is authentic Austrian then Landhauskeller (https://www.landhauskeller.at/) is amazing.

Italian, I recommend Pronto (https://www.pronto.co.at/cmsdf/) in Hauptplatz.

Restaurant Kornati (https://www.kornati.at/) for Croatian.

Freigest (https://www.freigeist-burger.at/) has the best burgers.

Oh my dog (https://www.facebook.com/ohmydoggraz/) for the best hot dogs you'll ever have. (street food)

From Jacki:

For burgers and American food I recommend Kirby’s kitchen (https://kirbysburgers.at)

Sushi: Miss Cho (https://www.misscho.at)

Steak: Steak Boutique (https://steak-boutique.at/) or el Gaucho (https://www.elgaucho.at/graz)

Italian/pizza- trattoria Siena (https://www.trattoria-siena.at/) or Cass costiera (http://www.morettis.at/)

A mix of stuff: Goldene Banane (https://www.diegoldenebanane.at/)

Freigeist (https://www.freigeist-burger.at/) is good for burgers too - Kirby’s is just better and more authentic. Depends what kind of food you’re looking for

From Helena

Caylend (https://caylend.at), Toshi/ Memori (again), Vina (again), Kirby's (again), El Pescador (http://www.elpescador.at)

For coffee:

From Jacki:

Auer cafe, Kunsthaus Café

Schlossberg Restaurant (https://www.schlossberggraz.at/restaurant) has an amazing dessert called the sweets for 2.

My favorite brunch place is Die Scherbe (https://www.scherbe.com/)

Streets (https://www.streets-graz.at/) has really good food and menus also.

From Rachel:

Oma’s Teekanne (https://omasteekanne.at/) is very nice.

From Elena:

Omas Teekanne (again) for cakes and scones.

From Carla:

Cafe Fotter (https://www.cafe-fotter.at), Tribeka (http://www.tribeka.at) and Ducks (https://www.instagram.com/ducks_coffee_shop/) are very cool. But to be fair, I've never been to a coffee shop in Austria that wasn't amazing. It's the one thing they seem to nail every time.
